I managed to loose 6 lbs, while gaining 5 lbs in muscle and lost 2 inches on my waist in just 2 weeks.  I never ate so much food and still was able to loose weight and inches!  David listens to your needs and wants and then gives you a plan that is easy to follow using real food! Even the protein powder tastes like chocolate milk or pudding!

I look back at the last two years and I see how many phusical improvements I've made.

I am stonger.

I am healthier.

I can hold myself up! 

Who knew the real benefit of fitness is to feel your best, not just look your best.

I know I complain and mutter undermy breath about how hard the exercises are or that the weight is too heavy or I just can't do one more rep.  Boo hoo!

But know when I leave the gym; I'm on top of the world!  I feel amazing! 

Thanks for all you've done to help me reach my goals.

Thanks for pushing me!  I promise to be less moody in the mornings, No really I promise.  Or at least i'll try! ;)

My life has changed in so many ways since I started working with my David. It is still shocking to think of the way I was eating before. I feel better emotionally and physically and I couldn’t be happier with the changes I have seen in my body. Working with David, I developed a strong sense of control that I didn’t have while I was only working out. I found myself frustrated before I started working with my nutrition coach because I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t able to take it to the next level from work-outs alone. Everything seems so simple now. If I apply the knowledge I have now about nutrition along with my work-outs there is nothing that will keep me from obtaining my goals

My favorite thing about nutrition coaching is the results. Every time I come for a body comp after a solid week of nutrition, nothing makes me feel better then watching the numbers drop. From Body Fat Percentage to Inches, watching them go down always brings a smile to my face!

I would recommend family and friends for nutrition coaching. The knowledge gained is priceless and will be something you can do for the rest of your life.
